Azipom.com provides an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to generate sales scripts based on user-provided data.
2. Account Registration & Third-Party Auth
To access Azipom, you must create an account via our approved third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, LinkedIn). By using these services, you permit us to access certain information from those profiles as governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Azipom does not store your full credit card information.
- Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Azipom (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of AI generation and the immediate value provided, all sales are final. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next billing cycle.
4. AI Content Disclaimer
- Accuracy: You acknowledge that the scripts generated by Azipom are produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or legal compliance of any generated script.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and vetting all scripts. You agree that Azipom is not liable for any loss of business, reputation, or legal action arising from your use of the generated content.
- Compliance: You represent that your use of the scripts will comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
5. Intellectual Property
- The Platform: Azipom owns all rights to the software, code, and proprietary algorithms.
- The Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the specific sales scripts generated for your account.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Azipom to:
- Generate scripts intended for fraudulent, deceptive, or "scam" sales tactics.
- Generate scripts that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to "reverse engineer" or scrape the Azipom AI model.
- Use the platform to automate mass-spamming in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Azipom's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Azipom in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
